EICAS aims at studying and solving simulation and control problems for complex systems. The EICAS deep scientific background concerning dynamic system modelling, simulation and control, signal theory and applied mathematics in control algorithm design represents a key point for such an activity. The successes obtained during its more than 20 years experience, demonstrate the EICAS excellence in developing control design applications. EICAS is always interested in solving difficult problems that cannot be tackled with standard or routine procedures.

  • Advanced customised control algorithm solution. EICAS is willing to study user professional applications and to provide advanced control algorithm solutions to cope with the user requirements. EICAS control design methodology guarantees to reduce costs of the control design (minimising the time needed to develop the control algorithm and avoiding any set-up in field) and offers performance better than or equal to the ones obtained with control systems designed by means of classic methodologies.
  • Design of innovative control architectures. EICAS has experience in designing innovative control architectures specifically devoted to user applications. The EICAS competencies embrace a wide rage of engineering sectors (including vision systems, manufacturing algebra, robotic devices etc…) and allow to design and integrate complex control systems.
  • Development of customised EicasLab solutions. EICAS is available to build software design tools, based on EicasLab technology, fully customised on specific user applications.
EICAS is willing to cooperate with you in order to define and coding the model of the plant to be controlled (also including the environment in which the plant must work) and the control architecture. The result will be a new simulation environment built following the user requirements and devoted to the user specific industrial sector.
Moreover EICAS is willing to develop customised EicasLab modules providing additional features according to user requirements. They can be:
    • additional algorithms, such as control algorithm techniques or advanced analysis tools,
    • specific graphical user interfaces,
    • further block libraries
    • etc…
